   Wi-Fi and internet service can be slower on the island. While disruptions are rare, we cannot guarantee service during your stay.
4. Power Interruptions
   St. Thomas commonly experiences power outages. Understand that we initiate generator power only after a lapse of four hours or more.
5. Adjacent Water Treatment Facility
   Brass View Cottage is situated near a water treatment facility. The facility may be visible during parking, and occasional mechanical sounds might be heard during your stay.
6. Air Conditioning Arrangements
   An AC unit is located in the kitchen and living area. Bedrooms do not have AC units. Given the compact size, the AC unit efficiently cools the entire apartment.
